Lenco Mobile Inc. currently helps marketers create, keep and leverage customers through a multi-channel delivery model that uses various proprietary technology platforms to analyze and optimize digital marketing activities. These technology platforms and services provide an integrated set of customer acquisition and retention tools including campaign strategy and analytics, customer relationship management, lead generation, micro-site publishing and mobile messaging.
Our growth strategy is designed to cross sell existing technologies to mobile network operators in countries where we can use the current Multimedia Solutions clients as reference sites. This alone will provide access to more than one hundred mobile network operators worldwide. We also aim to launch our Customer Relationship Management platform and products by offering them to existing customers who wish to take advantage of our fully integrated Customer Relationship Management and loyalty program offering. There is also no significant capital expenditure required in order to leverage our technology platforms. The bulk of the future expenditure will be on marketing and operational overheads, which are all scalable in relation to revenue.
Lenco Mobile Inc. will also be largely unaffected by the current economic downturn for several reasons.
- Brand owners are being forced to improve their marketing efficiencies and mobile phones offer a cost effective and measurable alternative to other traditional above the line media;
- A mobile phone marketing campaign can be tested on a small budget and then scaled up once the response rates have been determined, as opposed to a print or television campaign which cannot be altered on the fly;
- Business models based on performance eliminate costly upfront licensing fees and enable brand owners to amortize their spend and measure their cost to revenue ratio far better;
- Lenco Mobile Inc. earns multiple revenue streams including consumer spending, but is significantly more dependent on the mobile network operators who use the Multimedia Solutions technology to improve their efficiencies;
- Lenco Mobile Inc. will be able to grow its revenue very rapidly because of potential acquisition opportunities which have already been identified as well as through the ability to earn hard currency for the Multimedia Solutions technology as opposed to soft currency in the form of South African Rands;
- Our major competitive advantage currently lies in the fact that our MMS and MobiSite technology is tried and tested at the highest level in a very advanced mobile network operator environment and is fully operational;
- The markets for the products and services provided by Lenco Mobile Inc. will continue to grow faster than the overall economy.
