Matt Harris — CEO
As a CEO, Matt has led technology companies ranging in size from $1m to $100m, achieved annual growth rates in excess of 100%, acquired and integrated nine companies, sold or divested five businesses, led major restructuring efforts, and ran operations in more than 16 different countries—including Japan, China, India, Israel, South Africa, Poland, France, Germany, Sweden, and the UK. Matt’s mobile technology experience includes operating systems, applications, development tools, mobile web infrastructure, messaging, managed developer programs, and carrier infrastructure. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Michigan.

Michael Levinsohn — Executive Chairman
As a CEO, founder, and leader, Michael has taken three companies public, co-authored mobile technology and loyalty patents, guided global committees on permission based mobile marketing, and is currently co-chair of the MMA’s task force on messaging best practices. He served as Lenco Mobile’s chief executive officer and president between 2008 – 2011, and is now responsible for promoting the sale of our mobile messaging solutions to brands and wireless carriers around the world. Michael also built the leading loyalty program company in his native South Africa.

Srinivas Kandikattu — COO
As Archer COO, Srinivas is responsible for software engineering, service delivery, systems operations, product management and sales operations. He has built and run technology and operations centers ranging from 5 to 100 people; designed, developed, and launched highly scalable messaging, mobile web, LBS, and map-engine platforms; built a worldwide operations team that provided 24×7 coverage in four countries; and co-founded an online account aggregation and management solutions company. He has more than 19 years of experience in the high-tech industry, ranging from distributed systems and artificial intelligence to mobile software development and systems architecture. He holds a BS from JNTU at Hyderabad, India, and did graduate work at the University of Akron.

Johan Liversage — Chief Architect
As a senior technology executive, Johan established the first SMSC outside Europe; implemented the first Smart Messaging banking system using SMS in the world as Nokia development partner; and developed a number of SMS based software packages, his own SS7 stack, and the Signaling Gateway product suite. Johan’s proficiency lies in middleware connectivity and telecommunications, specifically in the GSM and CDMA mobile technology fields.

Chris Dukelow — CFO
As a CFO, Duke has lead the finance organizations for a number of high growth technology companies, building teams and systems to accommodate accelerating growth. He has raised more than $150m in equity and debt across eight companies in software, communications, security, environment, and education. Duke led the successful exit of two companies, returning over $100 million to investors. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington with a concentration in accounting.

Bob Chiumento — General Manager, Americas
As GM, Bob leads the Archer Americas business unit. Bob has held a number of senior leadership positions throughout his career, including VP Marketing for GE Capital Modular Space where he was instrumental in developing GE Capital’s “Find, Win, Keep” organic growth strategy. He is a seasoned executive who has built and led high performing commercial teams in a number of varied industries for both large and emerging companies. Bob brings a unique background that combines sales and marketing leadership with a BS in Chemical Engineering, from Bucknell University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Melissa Chyba — Senior Vice President Sales & Services, North America
As Senior Vice President, Melissa is responsible for sales in North America, including customer campaign/services deployment and management. Melissa has built and led multiple high growth direct marketing sales and services organizations, successfully integrated sales and services teams post acquisition, and won numerous sales and leadership awards. Before Archer, Melissa was Managing Director and Vice President of National Sales at Money Mailer Direct Marketing. She had full operations and sales responsibility for Mozart, MMDM’s automated, Multi-Channel, POS integrated marketing solution. Melissa led sales and business development as District Sales Manager at Advo (now Valassis), where her team accounted for $40m revenue, and she oversaw accounts such as Albertson’s, Petco, and DirectTV. Melissa has a degree in Business and is pursuing her master’s degree in media psychology.

Jonathan Fox — Managing Director, Municipalities and Government
As a businessman involved in content and technology, Jonathan has a long track record of success in the developing world. In his role as Managing Director for Ster Kinekor Pictures—which represented entertainment giants like Disney, 20th Century Fox, and Sony Pictures—he had responsibility for all operations across Africa. Jonathan has been involved in the evolution and migration of content from traditional media to television and the digital and mobile arenas. Jonathan was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Archer’s Multimedia Solutions subsidiary in September 2010, after serving on the board since 2008. In 2013 Jonathan transitioned from role as President, Africa where he led the deployment of Archer’s products and services and grew the African business by more than 300% to leading Archer’s fast growing municipalities and government business. He has a B.Comm degree and LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Ross Venter — Chief Executive Officer, Africa
As a senior executive, Ross has been instrumental in developing the MMS channel in South Africa, especially around its adoption in the credit provision, lending, and banking sectors. Ross has been involved in the digital industry since the mid 90’s, and was involved in developing some of the first successful e-commerce platforms in South Africa. He has worked with myriad media agencies and corporate multinationals in developing and streamlining digital and mobile offerings. An MBA graduate, Ross has a passion for conceiving, designing, and implementing end-to-end mobile communication solutions. His current responsibilities revolve around ensuring the continued success of Archer South Africa, and assisting in the global expansion of the organization.

Andrew Geach — CFO, Africa
As a finance executive, Andrew has been successful in implementing financial-management systems in three previous companies, including the first international deployment of an IBM AS/400 solution for United International Pictures. Andrew has been responsible for the financial management of Multimedia Solutions—Archer’s South African subsidiary—since 2008. He accepted a Directorship in 2009, and brings with him 25 years of financial management experience. Prior to joining Archer, Andrew spent four years as a financial consultant in the construction industry, and a decade as Director of United International Pictures SA, the largest Independent distributor of motion pictures in Africa. Andrew graduated with a B.Comm degree at the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, and completed his articles with Price Waterhouse / Coopers.

Christopher Stanton — General Counsel
As General Counsel, Chris is responsible for managing all corporate, legal, and regulatory affairs at Archer. Chris brings 17 years of experience as an attorney working with the Northwest’s largest law firm and as general counsel at Captaris, a NASDAQ listed technology company. At Captaris Chris managed all public company regulatory matters and corporate governance issues which culminated in the sale of the company through a public process for $130 million. He has worked on and lead domestic and international merger and acquisitions transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion. Chris has extensive experience helping companies develop strategies to identify, protect, and exploit intellectual property including structuring and negotiating technology licenses. He has counseled wireless carriers, wireless handset manufacturers, and other mobile telecommunications businesses on a variety of business and legal matters. Chris has spoken both in the United States and overseas about intellectual property, technology licensing, and international dispute resolution topics. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia where he was an Echols Scholar and a law degree from the University of Washington where he was an editor of the Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Contracts.

Michael Becker — Special Advisor
As a mobile visionary, Michael has been a key influence on Archer and the mobile industry. Michael founded iLoop Mobile, the mobile marketing technology and services company that merged with Lenco Mobile to form Archer. He is now a strategic adviser to Archer and Managing Director, North America, for the Mobile Marketing Association, where he is actively spurring industry growth and working to reduce friction. In addition to his commercial pursuits, Michael is an author, having founded the MMA International Journal of Mobile Marketing, authored two books, written more than 80 articles, and contributed to five other books. He is also an adjunct professor of Mobile Marketing at Golden Gate University.
