iLoop Mobile and Lenco Mobile Partner to Deliver a Comprehensive Turnkey Solution for MMS Mobile Marketing Worldwide

Partnership brings mobile marketing solutions and services leaders together offering a global solution set for MMS rich media marketing extending the effectiveness of mobile marketing.

San Jose, CA—July 25th, 2011—Leading mobile marketing provider iLoop Mobile today announced a partnership with Lenco Mobile Inc. (LNCM:PK) that delivers a comprehensive MMS turnkey solution that can be deployed worldwide. The partnership will provide brands, agencies, content publishers and other marketers a comprehensive technology platform for the delivery of rich media messaging including MMS messages and video to consumers’ phones in markets around the world.

We are very excited by this partnership, which is part of iLoop Mobile’s ongoing promise to offer cutting edge technologies and innovation to our customers,‖ says Matt Harris, chief executive officer at iLoop Mobile. ―MMS marketing campaigns provide push marketing that delivers conversion rates far higher than other mobile messaging campaigns because the outbound message is more engaging, offering a fast play media wow factor’ that creates a more compelling user experience. Also, partnering with Lenco Mobile allows us to deliver binary, downloadable content to over 210 million Verizon, AT&T, Alltel, Sprint, and Cricket subscribers in the US, as well as subscribers around the world.

According to industry expert, Tomi Ahonen, MMS messaging is currently a $34 billion per year market that is growing 17% per year. The active user base for MMS is over 2.1 billion, approximately 1 in 3 people worldwide. 90% of mobile phones in the world can send or receive an MMS message. Mobile subscribers sent 56 billion MMS messages in the United States during 2010, according to CTIA – The Wireless Association.

We are thrilled to partner with iLoop Mobile and to bring to the worldwide market an expanded solution and services platform for mobile marketing,‖ says Michael Levinsohn, chief executive officer and president at Lenco Mobile. This will enable brands, agencies and enterprises to avoid the high cost and inefficiencies of working with multiple vendors for different mobile campaign types. As an integrated platform, it unifies MMS, SMS, mobile sites, video streaming and many other mobile marketing technologies into one comprehensive solutions platform. Our MMS solutions especially offer a wide variety of scenarios such as rich media advertising messages including video, mobile billing, coupons, customer loyalty, retention and customer satisfaction programs.

A common MMS campaign tactic promotes a call to action in traditional media for customers to opt in via a keyword and short code to receive MMS rich media coupons. The coupons can include video, graphics, barcodes, animations or other multimedia elements, providing significant engagement opportunities that are not possible with plain text messages—all of which leads to higher redemption rates.

More advanced MMS campaigns can include 2D barcodes such as a Microsoft Tag placed on product packaging that consumers scan using a phone’s camera. The opportunity to scan the barcode incentivizes customers to receive a
coupon they can redeem at retail point of sale. In addition to capturing consumer insights, the barcode Tag provides easy ongoing consumer engagement. It also offers dynamic campaign management allowing the marketer to change offers or a landing page destination weekly or monthly, without changing the call to action in traditional media. Multiple campaigns can be created and tested with one Tag.

MMS campaigns offer the following competitive marketing advantages:

  • Flexible opt-in using keywords or barcodes like Microsoft Tag
  • High response levels through rich media engagement with mobile subscribers
  • Reduce direct mail costs
  • Unlimited text with rich media in a simple mobile messaging format with great use penetration
  • Campaigns can be designed for viral marketing for peer-to-peer forwarding amongst consumers
  • Measurable increases in brand awareness and real-time response rates with strong calls to action
  • Build a database of consumers for ongoing messaging to foster a loyal relationship with customers With this partnership, iLoop Mobile and Lenco Mobile now offer the market a single, fully integrated MMS platform that can reach billions of mobile subscribers worldwide, along with a suite of capabilities across the different mobile marketing technologies and consumer touch points.

LENCO MOBILE INC. Reports 2010 Financial Results,
Strengthens Balance Sheet, Expands Global Mobile Reach and Implements New Internet and Mobile Radio Strategy

SANTA BARBARA, California — Lenco Mobile Inc. (LNCM:PK) today announced financial results for the year ended December 31, 2010.

Year End Highlights:

Improved working capital and shareholder’s equity
Expanded global footprint
Key acquisitions in mobile technology as well as the mobile and online entertainment sector
Sale of assets in the online education lead generation vertical

Financial and Operations Overview:

“2010 was a year of strengthening our balance sheet, expanding our global mobile reach and deploying a growth-driven online strategy,” said Michael Levinsohn, CEO and President of Lenco Mobile Inc. “Historically, we have been constrained by the lack of capital necessary to realize our growth potential. In the third quarter of 2010, we attracted additional capital into Lenco Mobile, providing third-party validation of our potential and, more importantly, enabling us to now aggressively pursue our market opportunities,” he said.

Lenco Mobile Inc. raised $10.0 million in September 2010 from a Series A preferred stock issuance. Management participated in the raise by purchasing approximately $0.8 million of Series A preferred stock which was funded in December 2010 and January 2011. At December 31, 2010, the company had $9.3 million in cash and $1.9 million in debt and accrued interest. Total assets also grew significantly from $19.0 million at December 31, 2009 to $47.8 million at December 31, 2010. Working capital improved by $8.4 million from December 31, 2009 to 2010. The company paid $0.2 million in debt and note holders converted to equity approximately $3.9 million of debt and accrued interest in 2010.

“We expanded our global footprint in 2010 by making significant progress in developing relationships and establishing or testing connectivity with wireless carriers in Mexico, Colombia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. In many of these countries we are now able to send MMS and SMS messages with multiple carriers,” Levinsohn stated. “Mobile phones are becoming an integral part of our daily lives, especially as more phones are connected to the internet. By securing connectivity with the wireless carriers we are positioning ourselves to offer our products and services to brand owners in those markets. The carriers are also a potential customer, with advertising budgets to spend on customer retention and driving average revenue per user, all of which will benefit us in the future,” he added.

Discussing key strategic initiatives during 2010, Levinsohn noted, “We strengthened our mobile platform with the acquisition of a fully integrated Signaling Gateway (‘SGW’) solution. We now have the capability to provide MMSC, SMSC, Location-Based Services and USSD solutions using MM7 and SS7 protocols and to deliver high volumes of messages to mobile phones. Our mobile messaging platform is now one of the most advanced, if not the most advanced, in the SMS and MMS sector, with significant throughput capacity. Delivery of content to both mobile devices and on the internet is moving towards IP protocol-based solutions and, as data rates improve, larger files will be delivered to mobile phones in shorter time periods. This technological evolution facilitates our business model of providing rich media advertising and other services to mobile phones, leading to significant market opportunities. In addition, our acquisition of Jetcast, Inc., which we have subsequently renamed Lenco Media Inc., gives us exposure to the high growth mobile and online entertainment sector.”

Lenco Media Inc. provides technical and marketing solutions designed to make internet and mobile broadcasting profitable for broadcasters and advertisers. As recently as January 2011, the company’s internet radio advertising network was ranked number one by comScore in the “Entertainment-Radio” category in total minutes, total page views and potential reach with 37.9 million unique visitors per month in the United States alone. Pandora, CBS Radio, AOL Radio, Yahoo Radio, Westwood One and Clear Channel are also included in the category.

During the year, the company also sold its online education lead generation business for $2.8 million. The sale is recorded as a discontinued operation under US GAAP accounting rules. Accordingly, 2010 and 2009 revenues have been restated to reflect the sale of the discontinued operation. Commenting on the sale, Levinsohn said, “The education lead generation business peaked in mid-2010 and started to show a decline in revenue and profitability towards the end of the year. This, together with the increased regulatory intervention and focus on the educational sector as a whole, prompted us to sell that business. We received what we believed was a satisfactory offer for the business and management took a view that the additional cash could be better utilized to establish our mobile and online entertainment business here in the United States.”

The operating results for the online education lead generation business have been presented in Lenco Mobile Inc.’s 10-K consolidated statement of operations for fiscal 2010 and 2009 as discontinued operations and its effects are summarized below:

Year Ended December 31. Reconciliation of Non-GAAP Financial Measure: Earnings before interest, taxes,

As per the table below, Lenco Mobile Inc. recorded a non-US GAAP, EBITDA, as adjusted loss of $1.9 million in 2010 versus a profit of $1.5 million in 2009. Commenting on the loss, Levinsohn said, “Financial 2010 was the first year in which we posted an EBITDA loss. We are obviously disappointed with the loss, but we believe the investment in our future growth is necessary. We are working diligently to speed up the time to market in all regions. The investment in the international offices and the new technology added approximately $1.3 million of expense in 2010. We expect this spend to generate meaningful revenue over the course of 2011.”

LENCO MOBILE INC. Continues International Expansion and Sees Growth Opportunities in the United States for MMS Solutions

Lenco Mobile Inc.’s (LNCM:PK) CEO & President, Michael Levinsohn discussed the trends in the mobile industry and market opportunities for his company in an interview earlier today. Levinsohn noted that during 2010, wireless subscribers in the United States sent over 2 trillion text messages and 57 billion MMS messages, according to CTIA – The Wireless Association. This represents growth of 31% and 62% respectively over 2009. This growth, together with the increased number of smart phones will continue to create pressure on wireless carriers to roll out improved infrastructure.

According to industry experts Chetan Sharma Consulting, wireless penetration in the United States crossed the 100% mark in December 2010. This figure is supported by CTIA – The Wireless Association who estimate that there are now 302 million wireless subscribers in the United States. Average Revenue Per User, the industry metric to measure performance continues a decline for voice usage in the United States. While more time is spent talking on mobile phones, the revenue generated by the carriers is decreasing. Revenue for data services and messaging however continues to steadily increase.

Levinsohn noted, “The trends in the United States mirror what is happening elsewhere in the world. The bulk of MMS messaging here is what we describe as P2P or person to person messaging. As brand owners and wireless carriers start to deploy A2P or application to person messaging, the volume will grow significantly. All of this augurs well for Lenco Mobile as we continue to expand internationally. Carriers are all looking for an integrated business solution that drives ARPU and helps them retain customers. When the market reaches 100% saturation, the fight to retain customers is going to increase dramatically, and carriers can’t simply throw money at the problem. They need to become more efficient in managing subscriber relationships, which is our core competency.”

Levinsohn went on to add, “We are also making excellent progress in the international market and we have three new carrier installations that we expect to come on stream within the next 30 days. In each instance the carriers have identified the value that we have to offer both technically and strategically and they have given us the go ahead to install our messaging solutions, which ultimately means new revenue for us. Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of the contracts we will no longer provide specific details of each new installation, but we will provide commentary on broader market developments.”

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lenco Mobile Inc. (LNCM:PK) today announced that it has successfully tested connectivity in Singapore using the company’s proprietary MMS messaging platform, via M1, a leading Singapore based wireless carrier.

Making the announcement, Michael Levinsohn CEO and President of Lenco Mobile Inc. said, “Yesterday we sent the first test messages via M1 in Singapore to mobile handsets using our new generation MMS messaging platform. The test messages were all in 3GP video format and were delivered to a range of mobile handsets including Apple’s iPhone and BlackBerry’s smartphones. The Lenco Mobile MMS messaging platform is currently used by wireless carriers in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand to deliver MMS messages to all major makes and models of handsets. The Lenco Mobile MMS platform is capable of compressing video and other rich-data file formats for high-speed delivery over a wireless carrier’s mobile network. Worldwide, wireless carriers are seeing significant growth in the volume of MMS messages and other data services. Lenco Mobile plans to capitalize on the increased demand for rich-data applications by offering its messaging solutions to carriers in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the United States. The company is currently in testing with a number of wireless carriers and hopes to commercially launch its services in Singapore, Korea, Mexico, Colombia, the United Kingdom and the United States before the middle of 2011.

Build.mobi™ is a fully-automated platform which builds Mobi Sites literally in minutes.” Explaining the difference between an internet site and a Mobi Site, Rubin added “Because of the screen size of a mobile phone, the content of the Mobi Site has to be specially formatted, or rendered, for each make and model of mobile phone. LENCO MOBILE Acquires New Mobile Messaging Platform

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lenco Mobile Inc. (Pink Sheets:LNCM) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Lenco Technology Group Limited had acquired certain strategic assets which further enhance its mobile messaging platform, from Angelos Gateway Limited.

Making the announcement, Michael Levinsohn, Lenco Mobile’s CEO and President, said, “We have acquired a signaling gateway platform from Angelos Gateway Limited which is highly complementary to our existing product offering. This latest transaction provides us with a fully integrated platform that includes state of the art SMS, MMS, instant messaging and location based solutions. The benefits for our wireless carrier clients are immediate because we can offer scale and high speed messaging on one platform. As opposed to developing these solutions ourselves and losing time to market, we acquired the assets from a tried and tested team who have many years of experience in the mobile industry. As wireless carriers invest heavily in new generation platforms, such as Long Term Evolution, the volume of rich data solutions which they offer will increase.”

According to the CTIA Wireless Industry Association, carriers in the United States have invested a cumulative $295 billion in the industry since 1985 and in the next two years, further investment is required in order to deliver enhanced data services on 4G networks. The two largest carries in the United States, AT&T and Verizon are expected to invest $20 billion each in technical infrastructure to meet the demand for mobile services including MMS messaging and mobile Internet.

Separately, Lenco Mobile announced certification for MMS messaging in the U.S. with Verizon Wireless as part of the Company’s plans to offer its platform, products and services worldwide.

Making the announcement, Michael Levinsohn CEO and President of Lenco Mobile Inc. said “We have recently carried out a campaign for a leading wireless carrier in Australia, with exceptional results. The campaign was an MMS-based offer to subscribers for the new Samsung Galaxy Tablet which features the Android® Froyo 2.2 operating platform. The campaign delivered amongst the highest returns ever seen by any of our wireless carrier clients with 87.5% of the MMS messages opened and a 15% conversion rate to pre-launch for the product on the carrier’s Mobi Site. This is a perfect example of a successful, integrated mobile marketing campaign using MMS messaging.” Levinsohn added “Australia is becoming a great new market for us and we are now starting to see positive financial returns from the region as well.”

Lenco Mobile’s South African subsidiary recently signed an agreement to supply MMS-based mobile marketing services to one of the leading banks in the region. The services to be provided include design, creation, distribution and reporting for the bank’s MMS marketing activities. Lenco Mobile also announced that the company has signed a number of agreements to deliver personalized mobile statements to consumer’s mobile phones via MMS. This product has been provisionally patented by Lenco Mobile and will enable the both wireless carriers and brand owners to significantly reduce the amount of paper used to communicate with their customers. Lenco Mobile estimates that the new product will save approximately $15 million in paper-based communication costs for clients over the next twelve months.

Levinsohn announced that Lenco Mobile has been certified for MMS messaging in the United States with Verizon Wireless, after successful testing of Lenco’s new messaging platform which is deployed remotely via the Internet. “We have partnered with OpenMarket to access all of the major carriers in the United States and as recently as last week we were given approval to commercially launch our services. We have a number of new clients who are all on standby to use our services and now that we have connectivity, we expect to build a significant MMS messaging business in the U.S. market” said Levinsohn.

LENCO MOBILE INC. Secures $10 Million Series A Convertible Preferred Stock Financing

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lenco Mobile Inc. (Pink Sheets: LNCM – News) today announced that Pablo Enterprises LLC has signed a definitive agreement to acquire $10 million of Lenco Mobile’s Series A Convertible Preferred Stock. As a condition to the financing, Lenco Mobile’s management is also participating in the transaction investing $750,000 in the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock.

Michael Levinsohn, CEO and President of Lenco Mobile, said, “The $10 million investment enables us to increase the speed at which we expand internationally. The demand for our services and solutions is particularly high right now, given that wireless carriers are increasingly reliant on data revenue to keep growing.”

In recent weeks, Lenco Mobile has successfully launched a number of its solutions for clients in South Africa, Australia, and Mexico including its itemized billing solution for banks and retail clients. As opposed to receiving an account statement via the mail, customers can now receive monthly statements in MMS format, via their mobile phones. This delivery method is measurable because the sender can see when the MMS statement was received and is also highly secure because of the encryption used to deliver the MMS message. Lenco Mobile management believes that the market for mobile phone-based itemized statements is tens of millions of statements per month, particularly in the developing markets like Africa and parts of Asia where postal infrastructure is lacking.

Detailed Information concerning the terms of the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock and the financing transaction can be found in Lenco Mobile’s report on 8-K filed with the SEC.

At the end of the second quarter of 2010, the Company had positive working capital of $0.2 million, compared to a working capital deficit of $2.1 million at December 31, 2009. This improvement in working capital is a result of the increase in sales and collected cash, conversion of $2.8 million of debt and accrued interest to shares of common stock, and payments on the Company’s contingent consideration liability from the acquisition of the South African subsidiary of approximately $0.6 million in the first six months of 2010. Long-term debt, including current maturities, was $2.8 million at the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2010, compared to $3.7 million at the end of fiscal 2009.

Subsequent to the end of the second quarter of 2010, the Company converted a $700,000 note payable to shares of its common stock on July 13, 2010. This conversion provides the Company greater flexibility for strategic investments in its business in the second half of 2010.

Michael Levinsohn, CEO and President of Lenco Mobile, stated, “We are pleased with the progress that we made with our business in the second quarter, as we grew our top line, continued to generate positive EBITDA and significantly strengthened our balance sheet. We continue to attract new customers and increase revenue from our existing customer base in both our mobile and internet segments. This highlights the increased demand for our product and service, as we are continuing to partner with more leading brands.”

Lenco Mobile and Jetcast Announce Availability of Program to Reward Internet Radio Audiences

Lenco Mobile Inc., a leading mobile phone and Internet solutions provider, and Jetcast, Inc., a leading provider of monetization solutions for Internet radio and television broadcasters, today announced the availability of the their RadioLoyaltyTM Internet radio loyalty program to all Internet radio broadcasters.

Santa Barbara, CA (Vocus/PRWEB ) June 17, 2010 — Lenco Mobile Inc., a leading mobile phone and Internet solutions provider, and Jetcast, Inc., a leading provider of monetization solutions for Internet radio and television broadcasters, today announced the availability of the their RadioLoyaltyTM Internet radio loyalty program to all Internet radio broadcasters. The RadioLoyalty program rewards Internet radio audiences for listening to their favorite Internet broadcasts and for performing searches, reading news, checking weather and engaging in many other activities right from inside the station’s player. Lenco Media Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lenco Mobile Inc., worked with Jetcast to develop the technical infrastructure for the RadioLoyaltyTM platform. The platform is powered by a leading provider in loyalty based infrastructure.

“The RadioLoyaltyTM loyalty program is free for stations and listeners to use. It is a win-win situation because RadioLoyalty rewards the listener and the station at the same time,” said John Williams, CEO of Jetcast. The RadioLoyalty Loyalty platform operates as a points based system that rewards listeners for their interaction with the player. After a listener registers with the loyalty program, they will automatically earn points for various activities they perform within the player. Listeners can earn points by listening to, or watching a participating station’s Internet broadcast, referring friends and recommending the station, using the built in search bar and apps, downloading music, media purchases, and much more. RadioLoyalty points can be redeemed for goods and services inside the RadioLoyaltyTM store. Listeners can also customize their player with additional applications available at the RadioLoyalty Apps store. Listeners using a station containing RadioLoyalty can do more with their player while listening to their favorite songs thus increasing user satisfaction. Listener’s can register with the RadioLoyaltyTM loyalty program through participating Internet radio station players and websites. The RadioLoyalty program works on desktops and laptops, on mobile handsets, and soon, on participating set-top-boxes so listeners can earn RadioLoyalty points no matter what device they are using to access the broadcaster’s stream.

The RadioLoyaltyTM loyalty platform rewards the station’s Internet broadcast audience, but is also “focused on helping Internet broadcasters succeed in the digital marketplace,” said Williams. “The tools within the RadioLoyalty platform enhance audience satisfaction, dramatically increase the usage of the broadcaster’s Internet broadcast, and grow the station’s monthly recurring revenue because much of the inventory generated in the player is presold. Better yet, the platform provides additional revenue streams, like merchandise sales, so Internet radio stations no longer are totally dependent on advertising sales”, Williams concluded. The player is completely customizable so broadcasters can create their own look and feel and the audience is included in Jetcast’s ReplaceAds Internet broadcast audience. Comscore ranks ReplaceAds’ audience at 20.7 million unique listeners in the US, according to Comscore’s May 2010 Entertainment-Radio report. Stations can sign-up to use the RadioLoyalty platform by visiting www.RadioLoyalty.com.

LENCO MOBILE INC. Announces Revenue Growth of 161% For First Quarter of 2010, Expands International Operations

05.17.10, 01:11 PM EDT

BusinessWire – Lenco Mobile Inc. (Pink Sheets: LNCM) today announced its financial results for the first quarter of financial 2010, and provided updated information on its international expansion.
Revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2010 was up 161% to $3,784,220 compared to $1,448,720 for the three months ended March 31, 2009. Revenue for the mobile phone business segment was up 29% to $1,099,000 and revenue for the online operations was $2,365,020. The online operations were acquired on March 1, 2009, making first quarter comparatives year-over-year not meaningful.
Announcing the results, Michael Levinsohn, CEO and President of Lenco Mobile Inc., said “The growth in revenue is in line with our budgets for the first quarter. We anticipated making a loss at the net income level because we have invested heavily in new technology platforms and we have high amortization and depreciation charges. We have spent $142,859 on research and development costs which will benefit future revenue streams as we continue to expand internationally. Despite these expenses, our EBITDA remains positive and our net cash provided by operating activities was $292,782 in the first quarter of 2010.” At the net income level, Lenco Mobile posted a loss of $241,611. General and administrative costs were up by 182% to $1,823,090. This was primarily a result of the expansion of the staff and infrastructure necessary to expand operations in South Africa and the United States.

Lenco Mobile also announced that it had restructured its international operations in order to efficiently deliver the group’s products and services to wireless carriers and brand owners. Michael Hill, President of Lenco Media Inc., a Lenco Mobile subsidiary has been appointed to head Lenco Technology Group. Lenco Technology Group provides the technical infrastructure and operational support to Lenco Mobile’s international clients.

Since October 2009, wireless carriers have successfully sent more than 250 million MMS messages using Lenco Mobile’s MMS messaging platform, which is installed in South Africa, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. The MMS messaging platform enables wireless carriers to send high volumes of MMS messages in a cost effective and efficient manner. “So far, we have generated the bulk of our revenue from carriers in South Africa and we are only now starting to see progress in the United States and Australia. We believe that during the next three to six months we will start seeing revenue from other regions, including Latin America, Asia and Europe,” said Levinsohn.

LENCO MOBILE INC. Announces Connectivity With Wireless Carriers In The USA

Press Release Source: Lenco Mobile Inc. On Thursday April 29, 2010, 4:55 pm EDT
Lenco Mobile Inc. (Pink Sheets:LNCM) today announced that it had successfully completed testing of its Multimedia Messaging (“MMS”) platform in the United States of America.

Michael Levinsohn, CEO and President of Lenco Mobile Inc., announced that the company had successfully tested the delivery of MMS messages to a wide range of mobile handsets in the United States, including Samsung, LG, Nokia, BlackBerry and iPhone handsets. “We have spent the last few months sending MMS messages via various wireless carriers and in a variety of formats including compressed 3GPP video format,” said Levinsohn.

Lenco Mobile is currently sending millions of MMS messages to mobile subscribers outside of the USA and the company believes that it will achieve high acceptance in the USA. Testing in the USA was carried out through a leading third party aggregator which provides connectivity to the major wireless carriers in the USA including AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. Lenco Mobile’s leading edge MMS messaging platform is capable of sending up to 250 MMS messages per second. The company believes that this far exceeds the number of messages being sent by other commercially installed MMS messaging platforms.

During the announcement Levinsohn took time to point out that compliance with regulatory guidelines was of the utmost importance to the company. “We adhere to all of the various regulatory requirements necessary to send an MMS message to a mobile subscriber and we will only offer use of our platform to brand owners who have permission to market to their customers via a mobile phone. We do not and will not facilitate spam messages. Protecting both brand owners and subscribers is critical for us.”

Lenco Mobile’s MMS messaging platform enables a brand owner to send a MMS message in video format to the majority of mobile handsets in use today. The MMS messaging platform is installed and operational with leading wireless carriers in the United Kingdom, Australia and South Africa. Using the platform, a compressed MMS message of less than 300kb in size can be delivered to a mobile handset via the wireless carrier’s MMSC or Multimedia Messaging Switch Center. Each message can be tracked to see when it was opened and a URL, or Internet site link can be embedded into the MMS message so that a wireless subscriber can access the Internet directly from the MMS message. Some of Lenco Mobile’s other mobile solutions include itemized MMS billing solutions, mobile greeting cards and mobile newspapers.

Lenco Media Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lenco Mobile Inc., has developed the technical infrastructure for the UniversalPlayer™ and RadioLoyalty™ platforms.
“Our RadioLoyalty™ loyalty program is focused on helping Internet broadcasters succeed in the digital marketplace,” said John Williams, CEO of Jetcast. “RadioLoyalty™ contains all the tools necessary for a broadcaster to dramatically increase the usage of their Internet broadcasts, enhance audience satisfaction, and grow the station’s monthly recurring revenue. RadioLoyalty’s™ loyalty program installs easily into our UniversalPlayer™ and is free for the station and listener to use. It is a win-win situation because RadioLoyalty™ rewards the listener and the station at the same time,” said Williams.

Jetcast is currently a leader internationally in the provision of ad supported services for online radio broadcasts. According to the March 2010, comScore Key Measures report on Entertainment Radio, Jetcast’s ReplaceAds™ network reaches over 16.6 million unique visitors per month. The ReplaceAds™ network generates nearly 2 billion impressions per month.
Jetcast and Lenco will be showcasing the new RadioLoyalty™ loyalty program at NAB on April 12 – 15, 2010 in the Upper South Hall at booth SU9506ii and the new UniversalPlayer™ product at Central Hall booth #3128.
